Hello there!
I really hope you enjoyed our first Curiosity & Contentment Self Enquiry this week. Thank you to those of you who have commented and shared your thoughts on it - whether in email or the app. I appreciate you for taking the time and being open to share.
If you missed it you can find it here
I have also opened up a subscriber chat that you can join here and I will share the link to the prompts in here each week too.
The chat is only available if you use the Substack app so no worries if you don’t want to.
Dates for your diary
Our first live gathering is coming up NEXT WEEK - on Wednesday evening at 7pm BST. This will be a Meditation Circle and we will be starting with a lovely revisit of the basics and how to feel in your body.
You’ll find a link to the Zoom link to join the session here.
If you haven’t see the post of all the resources you can find it here and also in the tab on the webpage here. All the prompts and any other Still Point community specific posts will appear on this page too.
Our first Mentoring Session will be on Monday 4th November at 19:00 - 20:00 London, UK time (GMT) - again all details are in the resources post here.
You’ll also find all future dates (to January in this post too and recordings of sessions too.
A favour to ask
I want to offer as many people as possible the chance to experience what meditation can give them - especially those who have tried it and not stuck with it or didn’t get it.
That was me and this approach I am using now after finding my new meditation teacher feels like a way in. I hope you will find the same.
You know what’s coming I’m sure but I would really appreciate it if you can share wherever you share about this community. People can access it without having to commit to the full Substack experience. It can all be done via email and the Zoom calls.
If you are sharing on Substack, I do offer a referral scheme where you can earn complementary months in your subscription when others sign up.
And if you don’t want to do any of this that is of course absolutely fine.
It’s a noisy world out there so we are all simply trying to do what we can to be seen and heard within in it and word of mouth has always been the best way in my experience.
